Each lick and progression is labeled with its key and mode. Simply match the labels to ensure compatibility. For example, a lick in C Dorian will align perfectly with a progression in C Dorian.
How are the licks different between folders?
The Rhodes licks (in the 80-100 BPM folder) have a smooth, yet funkier feel, while the 120-140 BPM folder are more stylistic and classic, suiting slower tracks. These ones contain piano licks and Rhodes.
Do I need advanced music theory knowledge to use this pack?
Not at all! The files are labeled by key and mode, so you can easily match them without needing deep music theory knowledge. A basic understanding of keys and modes is helpful but not required.
Can I use multiple licks in one track?
